Students on the Diploma Course in Plymouth have a choice of extra qualifications to further improve their progression into either higher courses, apprenticeships or University level courses:

At Foundation and Higher level: you may choose a GCSE in a modern language, a customer care qualification as well as the Food Safety course all students have to take.

At Advanced level:  you may choose an A level in modern languages, an advanced skills qualification such as Pastry, International Cuisine, Events Management, or business qualifications at level 3
