Additional and Specialist learning for the Sport and Active Leisure Diploma enables students to gain futher sector specific qualifications to enhance the depth of knowledge and understanding of the sector and specific career pathways within the sector or diversify and add breadth to their studies by following non sector specific courses.
Additional and Specialised Learning provides learners with high quality breadth and/or depth of curriculum experience which does not duplicate Principal Learning. Additional and Specialised Learning is based on solid, evidence-based progression opportunities for learners who want to progress into full-time further and/or higher education or employment with training.
